A Mt. Orab firefighter has been indicted on charges he gave his small children marijuana.

According tot he Highland County Sheriff Harris gave his 4 and 5 year old children pot through a smoking device.

Joel Harris of Highland County was indicted on two counts of corrupting another with drugs, both felonies. Harris turned himself in Wednesday and is out on bond awaiting a pre-trial hearing.

This incident remains under investigation by Children Services and Highland County Sheriff.
