A young child was found wandering the streets and now a mother from Golf Manor faces charges in court.
Crystal Adams is accused of child endangering.
Police said a business owner found the child Tuesday walking down Wiehle Road.
According to court documents, the child is mentally disabled and wadered away wearing only a t-shirt and diaper.
