Two suspects taken into custody are not facing charges for a robbery that led to a standoff involving small children overnight.
The Sunoco on Chester Road in Sharonville was robbed at midnight.
A West Chester officer later spotted a car seen leaving the robbery in the parking lot of the Crescent Village Apartments.
Two men, a woman, a baby and two 4-year-old twins were inside.
The woman and the baby came out on their own.
Police convinced the men to surrender with the twins around 3:00 am.
Sharonville police determined that the men were at the Sunoco at the time of the robbery, but were not involved.
No word if they'll be charged in connection with the standoff.
No one was hurt.
