A Delhi Township man wearing a Breathalyzer costume was arrested in Oxford over the weekend and charged with drunk driving. 18 year old James Miller was arrested on North Main Street Sunday morning around 1:30.
Oxford Police say Miller was driving the wrong way on a one way street. Officers found an open container of Bud Light in the center console of his car, along with more evidence of a case of beer in his trunk and on the passenger side front seat.
A breathalyzer test revealed Miller's blood alcohol level to be .158%. Officers also say Miller has several Ohio ID's on him at the time of his arrest.
He's charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and open container.
