Cincinnati Police are investigating a deadly shooting.
Kenneth Harris was shot several times inside an apartment in the West End around 9 p.m. Monday night.
Witnesses tell police they saw a dark Cutlass speeding away from the building on Baymiller Walk around the time of the shooting.
Investigators said that car matches a vehicle involved in a shooting last week.
Harris was just hours from celebrating his 25th birthday.
