A Dayton, Kentucky man has a date Monday in Hamilton County Municipal court.
Christopher Lykins is charged with Disorderly Conduct and Assault on a Police Officer.
Court records say the 33 year old refused to leave Tavern on the Hill after being asked to several times. He was very intoxicated and began fighting, punching a customer.
A Cincinnati Police officer tried to intervene and Lykins pushed him into a wall forcefully.
There's no word on the extent of any injury to the officer.
Lykins is held at the Hmailton County Jail.
