Man Crashes Car While Reaching For Cigarettes

CINCINNATI - Authorities said a man was trying to reach for a pack of cigarettes when crashed his car early Wednesday morning.

The man crashed on Central Parkway near Ludlow Avenue in Clifton. It happened in front of Cincinnati State just before 3:00 a.m.

His car hit a pole, which brought some wires down.

He’s expected to be charged with failure to control a vehicle.

If he killed someone in Boone County for failing to control his car, Linda Tally Smith, the NKY Prosecutor, would have let him off with zero charges.
