COLORADO SPRINGS, Co. - A Madisonville family will say goodbye to a soldier who was murdered in Colorado.

Sergeant Kimberly Walker was found dead inside a Colorado Springs hotel in early February. Her boyfriend, Sergeant Montrell Mayo, is accused of strangling her.

Walker served two tours of duty in Iraq and was stationed at Fort Riley in Kansas.

Walker's family lives in Madisonville.

A visitation is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. until noon on Tuesday at St. Joseph Parish in the West End, with funeral services to follow.
