Congratulations to Frances Bell of Delhi.

She was caller 12 this morning in our Good Morning Cincinnati Economic Relief Contest.

She won a $50 gas card is now eligible to win our grand prize: mortgage or rent, car, and utilities paid for one month up to $2,500.
