A jury has been seated and opening arguments are underway in the trial of a Northern Kentucky man accused of killing a three month old baby. 23-year-old Aaron Allen of Covington is charged with murder for the death of Robert Bradley Ross Junior.
Police say Allen was the live-in boyfriend of the baby's mother at the time of the boy's death in July. Allen reportedly shook the baby hard enough to cause fatal head injuries.
A jury of eight women and five men were seated in the case this morning, and opening arguments were set to begin at 1:30 p.m.
Local 12's Joe Webb is in the courtroom and will have the latest on Local 12 First at Four.
