I am sorry, but those "wire" guardrails need to go. This poor young lady would still be alive today along with others (not involved in this accident). Example, my husbands battle buddy would still be alive after he crashed into one of these guardrails in Kentucky, but the wire cut through the top of the car and beheaded him. It makes me so upset. They are not safe at all. It is just another hazard on the highway.

there was so many cars that had to be towed, maybe they felt that because theres was so minor that they decided to let them deal with the ones that wasnt so minor, we read about so much crime that we think that everybody is bad. there are still people who puts the needs of others first.

or are they coming forward to say that they were there and left but really they weren't and they damanged their car another way but hey lets blame it on this so our insurance will pay..... just doesn't add up

there are a lot of reasons they would leave. but none of them are good. maybe no insurance, maybe they were fooling around and not where they were suppose to be, maybe they were drinking or with someone they weren't suppose to be.. .it goes on and on. but none of them a good reason and they should be fined for leaving the scene of an accident.

Seems suspicious that they left the scene of the accident. Usually the people who do that know they are at fault.
