A Hollywood actor will be arraigned Monday morning after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman at a Blue Ash hotel.
Investigators said Joe Vita Jr. had sexual contact with a woman at a room in the Embassy Suites Hotel.
He is charged with gross sexual imposition and unlawful restraint.
Officials said the two knew each other. Vita is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
Vita attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts in the Tri-State. He graduated in June 1998.
Vita was in the 2010 film "Prime Of Your Life." He was featured on an episode of CSI: Miami among other television programs.
