Graeter’s will unveil a new seasonal ice cream flavor in Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton.

The iconic brand’s second Mystery Flavor of 2012 will be revealed on the company’s Facebook page at 11 a.m. today!

“This is our second mystery flavor to be announced this year,” said Chip Graeter, head of retail operations for the 4th generation family-owned ice cream company. “But this time our fans had a say in the seasonal selection by voting on the bonus flavor they wanted to see return to our stores.”

Earlier this summer, Graeter’s featured five Bonus Flavors on their in-store menu, including: Strawberry Cheesecake, Black Cherry Chocolate Chip, Mexican Chocolate (flavored with cinnamon and ancho chili spices), Coconut and Watermelon Sorbet. Customers had a chance to vote on which ice cream they wanted to see return as a limited edition seasonal flavor. The ice cream customers chose was a clear winner.

Once the new flavor is announced, it will be available by the scoop and by the pint through September (or while supplies last) only at Graeter’s ice cream store locations in Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton.

If you’re not a fan of Graeter’s Facebook page and you want to be among the first to learn about this new mystery flavor ice cream, please visit http://www.facebook.com/Graeters and click the Like button.

Don’t forget to check Graeter’s Facebook status updates at 11 a.m. today.

WCPO says the new flavor is Black Cherry Chocolate Chip is the new flavor. That sounds really familiar. Is it really a new flavor or did they create the hype to try and move old stock?

I only like lemon in my tea,or on fish. I think UDF tastes better and is cheaper. I dont do "Facebook".
