Bettcha Joes Crabshack has more roaches than a food truck or at the very least mice!

Just sayin' to all of you who have never eaten from a real food truck but nonetheless have an opinion. We challenge ANY restaurant to top the freshness and quality we serve in under 5 minutes. Not frozen, everything local, from local butchers, bakers, markets and purveyors. Unless of course, you prefer steamed (might be) meat... Come out and give us a try, any of us. I am proud of all these entrepreneurs who believe in quality. Just try us and THEN write about it.

I predict this food truck invasion will be much less historic than the British invasion.

Why is it a demise? These aren't "roach coaches" that sell un-named/generic hot-pockets or "roller-food" like the local 7-11 type stores. Each one named is a recognized "restaurant-brand" in the Tri-state. They have these established in major cities across the states that are in better shape than Cincinnati.

I'm holding out for a truck that sells spam.
