Folks Line Up Early To See President Obama
The battle for Ohio heats up again Monday as President Barack Obama makes an appearance in the Tri-State.
He will hold a grassroots event at Seasongood Pavilion in Eden Park.
The president is expected to speak around. Doors open at 10 a.m. Monday. Supporters started showing up around 4 a.m. to get a good spot for the speech.
The president is expected to talk about the economy as well as issues in China. The White House says China participates in an unfair trade imbalance in the auto industry. Officials say China illegally subsidizes its car companies while imposing big taxes on cars imported from the United States.
The event in Eden Park requires a ticket. Hundreds were given out Saturday morning at local Obama campaign offices.
