It's opening night, Thursday, May 17, for the Florence Freedom. The team takes on the Traverse City Beach Bums. The first pitch is at 7:05 p.m.
The first 1,000 fans in attendance will receive a free Skyline Chili rally towel.
The club said that Thursday nights have become more family friendly. There are $1 beer, soda and hot dogs. In addition, there are new Parrot Bay frozen drink pouches in strawberry and mango daiquiri flavors for $2.
Following the game, Dave May and Southern Fried Band will perform for your entertainment.
