Ohio's first H1N1 flu death has been reported in Butler County.
The Ohio Department of Health reports a man in his 40s died on June 29th.
Officials say the man had underlying health problems that may have contributed to his death.
Officials say they won't release the man's name or where in Butler County he lived.
The World Health Organization recently declared the H1N1 outbreak to be a pandemic.
It says there have been 127 H1N1 deaths in the U.S. and 332 worldwide.
