When you pay by phone, there is no need to stand in line at a parking lot pay station. Findlay Market's parking lots are the first locations in Cincinnati where visitors can pay for parking with a cell phone. The system works on regular cell phones using prompts and free apps can be downloaded for many smart phones. Widely available in Europe, but still novel in the US, paying for parking with a cell phone offers convenience, flexibility, security and, for business people, reporting and record keeping support.
To get started, all you need is a phone, a credit card, and a car. From home or from your parking place, call 888-450-7275 toll-free or visit
www.paybyphone.com to sign up for an account and/or pay for parking.
There is no charge to sign up, or to add or subtract cars or phones at any time; multiple vehicles can be registered to a cell phone number and multiple phones can be registered to each car. You are not obligated to ever use the service but, once registered, you can use it to pay for parking at any Paybyphone location in the country.
You pay only the parking fee and no additional charges.
To pay for parking with a cell phone at Findlay Market, pull into a space in the market lots, call the toll free number or open your app, enter our location number (5031) and your parking space number, and choose the amount of time you want to buy. About fifteen minutes before your parking expires, you'll get a text message reminder.
If you need them, you can print receipts and reports at any time.
