Final Cut Steakhouse wants to take you "down under" for a culinary treat.
The restaurant, located at Hollywood Casino in Lawrenceburg, is hosting a a five-course dinner and wine pairing featuring wine and cuisine from Australian and New Zealand
on Thursday, Feb. 21.
The dinner starts at 7 p.m. and will be preceded by a cocktail hour at 6 p.m.
The Dinner courses & pairings created by Executive Chef Clendon Springer include:
1st Course – Goat Cheese Souffle with pistachio pesto, tomato vinaigrette
Pairing: Esk Valley Chardonnay
2nd Course – Tasmanian Ocean Trout with whipped potato crust, New Zealand mussels
Pairing: Esk Valley Sauvignon Blanc
3rd Course – Slow Cooked Berkshire Pork Shoulder with braised apples, red cabbage
Pairing: Villa Maria Pinor Noir
4th Course – Roasted Lamb Chop with cranberry beans, Lamb Jus
Pairing: Esk Valley Merlot/Malbec/Cabernet
5th Course – Chocolate Fondants with house made vanilla ice cream
Pairing: Shingleback Black Bubbles
The dinner starts at 7 p.m. Cocktail hour starts at 6 p.m.
