Empress Chili is offering free coneys with a purchase of a beverage, all Valentine's Day. You can taste the original Empress Chili at three flagship locations in Alexandria, Western Hills, and Hartwell.
Customers can also enter to win a box of 2lb box of Esther Price Chocolates. Children can also enjoy coloring Valentine's hearts that will be placed on display and later delivered to area hospitals and nursing homes as a way to "share the love" with the community.
