Brown County Sheriff deputies are asking for help tracking down two men accused of scamming an 86-year old man with Alzheimer's out of thousands of dollars.

The 86-year old Brown County man kept writing checks to two men for a roofing job at his house because the contractor told him he owed money for the work and he couldn't remember if he'd paid. In all, five checks were written - totally $8000.

The sheriff's office is looking for the men who cashed the checks. One goes by the name Paul O'Hara. He was caught on surveillance video cashing a check at the Mount Orab Kroger. Investigators say he has a specific target in mind. "What it looks like now...he may be prying on the elderly to make his income."

Investigators say other checks were made out to O'Hara's partner under the name John Sherlock. And they believe other victims may be out there.

The Wheel of Justice is offering a $500 reward to find the scammers. They're still believed to be in the Brown County area.
