A judge today set bond at a quarter of a million dollars for a woman accused of causing a crash that killed a local toddler.

34 year old Diana Linz of Goshen is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and driving under suspension. She has previous convictions for driving without a liscense and driving under suspension in Clermont, Clinton and Hamilton Counties. She also faces drug charges in Hamilton County.
Linz allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Woodville Pike and Deerfield Road in Goshen Township. She crashed head-on into a car driven by 21 year old Christy Bishop of Amelia. 23 month old Ian Graves was in Bishop's car... he died in the accident.
Linz and Bishop were taken to Bethesda North for treatment. A man in Bishop's car was flown by Air Care to University Hospital... we do not know his name or condition.
In addition to the $250,000 bond, the judge ordered Linz not to drive and have no contact with the family of the victims.
