Cincinnati Police are investigating a crash in O'Bryonville.
It happened early Monday morning in the exact place a deadly crash happened one month ago to the day.
Monday's crash shut down the 2100 block of Madison Road for about an hour. Some residents in the area also lost power.
Authorities say the man crashed into a pole, but was not seriously hurt. He was charged with O.V.I.
In the October crash, police said 32-year-old William Fox was killed when he lost control of his truck, slammed into the pole, flipped over and struck another pole.
The car then burst into flames.
