A Whitewater Township father faces a charge of child endangering for allegedly causing serious injury to his baby daughter.
22 year old Zachariah Revell is accused of breaking his five month old daughter's leg on September 23rd.
Court documents indicate doctors found fractures on the same leg and on the girl's spine that were already healing when examining the child for this new break.
Revell told police the girl's leg was broken after he tried to free her from a crib rail. He admitted to pulling and twisting the child's leg.
Revell appeared before a Hamilton County judge this morning. His attorney says the child is in foster care.
