Crews in Boone County responded to North Bend Bio-fuel on Distribution Drive in Burlington for a fire.
Burlington, Florence, Hebron and Point Pleasant Fire Departments were called in as a precaution.
The first call to 911 came in around 6:45 a.m. Wednesday.
Investigators said the building was filled with smoke when they arrived. It's believed a boiler malfunctioned.
