Cincinnati Fire crews remain on the scene of a massive three-alarm fire in Camp Washington.

The fire broke out in a Midwest Environmental Services building on Spring Grove Ave. just before 11:30 p.m. Halloween night.

It apparently kept re-kindling throughout the night.

There are no reports of injuries.
