A sex offender who was arrested for failing to report to law enforcement officers is due in court Tuesday to face charges related to his disappearance.
Jailers released John Stuedle earlier this month after he served time for raping an underage girl at a homeless camp off U.S. 42 in Boone County.
Officers picked him up in Hamilton County on Sunday after he didn't check in with a parole officer and missed a court date.
He'll face duty to register charges.
