omg that's so sad zookeeper, now that you mentioned that I have noticed fire and ambulances searching for houses asking people "are you the one that called" they should already know where places are.

My sister died in my mom's arms because the ambulance driver got LOST!! She told him, as she was crying her eyes out" you guys ALWAYS get lost in this neighborhood"! And all the A$$ HOLE said was " yes mam, sometimes that happens". With all the ways there are now to find a destination(GPS)it should NOT happen.They send people to the MOON and they don't get lost, it's B.S. And THEN had the BALLS to send her a BILL for coming !!

My recent 911 experience. (911): "911, what is your emergency?" (Me): "I'm at ____________ (giving street address in Hamilton County) (911): "What is the emergency?" (Me): (describes emergency) (911): "Please hold." (911-2): "911, what is your emergency?"
