I agree Cincinnatus. Saying the building is obsolete is like saying "my house is obsolete so I'll just build a new one". Why can't they upgrade electronics anyway? That doesn't make sense.

Cincinnatius, are you prepared to ask the tax payers to cover the cost of a complete overhaul as apposed to a newer facility already built with more up to date "everything" which means less maintenance in the long run?
