CINCINNATI - Spring is just around the corner, and if you're planning to kick off some home and garden projects, you can get some great ideas this weekend and next.
The Fifth Third Bank Cincinnati Home & Garden Show runs March 2-3 and March 6-10.
Some 400 tons of dirt and 50 trucks of rock and stone have made its way into the Duke Energy Center. This year's show gardens are the largest size in the show's history.
Supermodel Cheryl Tiegs will be attending the show on Friday, March 8, and will be on-site at the show Saturday, March 9, where she will be signing autographs and talking with show-goers from noon to 2:00 p.m at show sponsor Cambria's booth.
New this year, running in tandem with the annual exhibit, is the Go Green Cincinnati Show, which will feature dozens of companies offering sustainable products, services and inspiration for green living.
The Garden Market will also run concurrently with the shows.
The show time dates are as follows:
- Saturday, March 2: 10:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Sunday, March 3: 10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Wednesday, March 6: noon - 8 p.m.
- Thursday, March 7: noon - 8 p.m.
- Friday, March 8: noon - 9 p.m.
- Saturday, March 9: 10:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Sunday, March 10: 10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tickets include admission to all three shows. Admission for adults is $12. Adults can save $3 on admission by buying a ticket at Cincinnati-area Kroger stores. Children (ages 13 and under) are free when accompanied by a paying adult.
