Emergency crews were called to a Pleasant Ridge home early Friday morning after a wild car crash.
It happened around 3:30 a.m. in the 3000 block of Losantville Ave. near Schubert Ave.
Police said a driver, going up to 100 miles per hour, lost control of his car. It ended up going airborne, crashed and ended up on its top on
the front porch of a home.
The couple who lives at the home felt the impact on the headboard of their bed. The car's fender is inside their bedroom.
The house has significant damage.
The driver of the car was rushed to the hospital, but is expected to recover.
A building inspector remains on the scene.
