Two children have been found after an Amber Alert was issued for a possible kidnapping.
WOUK-TV in Charleston, WV reports that Shaina Nicole Tenney, 16, and her seven-month-old baby, Grace Hope Tenney, were found on I-79.
Margel Tenney, Shaina Tenney's stepfather, was spotted by a State Trooper on his way to Charleston. Margel Tenney was arrested and is beng take to the Weston detachment of the West Virgnia State Police, where he is being questioned. He will then be held in the Central Regional Jail.
Authorities in West Virginia issued an Amber Alert early Wednesday morning in Ohio, because officials thought Tenney may have crossed state lines.
