An unusual discovery was made inside a dead man's home in Carson City, Nevada.
69-year-old Walter Samaszko, Jr. died in his home in June from heart problems. However, he was a recluse and his body wasn't found until about a month later.
He was hoarding some very valuable items at least $7,000,000 in gold and coins. The coins were from all over the world including Mexico, Austria, England and South Africa. Some were minted from as early as 1840.
Also, discovered in the house $12,000 in cash along with guns, conspiracy theory books and cases of ammunition.
"It appears he did not like government very much," said Alan Glover, Carson City Clerk and Recorder.
"He was a hoarder. He had cases of salmon, cases of tuna fish," added Glover.
One thing he didn't have was a will. It seems his closest living relative is a first cousin in California.
After the IRS takes its share, the rest should be hers.
