NSA Causes International Outrage

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKRC) -- The White House says all spy tactics are under review in the face of international outrage about the National Security Agency's surveillance program.

The Foreign Ministry in Madrid summoned the US Ambassador to Spain Monday to answer new allegations. 

A European delegation is in Washington to meet with lawmakers and the Obama administration representatives.  They want to get assurances the US will stop eavesdropping on close allies. NSA Causes International Outrage
