Police: Woman Lied About When She Found Body in Hot Tub

Updated: Tuesday, November 26 2013, 11:15 PM EST
AMBERLEY VILLAGE, Ohio (WKRC) -- A 22-year-old woman faces charges after she failed to report that a man was dead in a hot tub at a home where she was staying.

Alicia Tucker is charged with abuse of a corpse and obstructing official business.

According to court papers, Tucker called 911 at 12:30 on November 21 to report that a person might be dead at the Amberley Village home.  Police say she lied several times about the time frame of that day. Eventually she told them she found the body three hours earlier. She'd left the home, with the person still in the hot tub, then returned a few hours later to report the death.

Tucker is out on bond, and will be in court Tuesday afternoon.
