Police Lead to Marijuana Raid Through the Mail

Updated: Tuesday, November 26 2013, 09:58 PM EST
WEST CHESTER, Ohio (WKRC) -- Investigators say a marijuana shipment made through the mail led them to a home in an upscale neighborhood in West Chester.

Deputies charged Lewis Thomas the Third with cultivation of marijuana.

Agents from the Butler County regional narcotics task force raided a home on Plantation Drive.  They seized more than four pounds of pot which had been sent from California.

Agents also found, what they call, a significant marijuana grow operation in the basement of the home. They found 190 plants growing there.

Investigators more arrests and charges are likely.
