"The whole point for most people going to yoga is that it's disconnecting from the outside world," said Van Ness, a 35-year-old San Carlos resident who has taught yoga for six years

Cracking up that this happened because of a facebook employee got offended for getting a dirty look for being disrespectful....do these same sensitive employees get fired because their product breaks up marriages, is another easy form of bullying for our youth and adults, and is down right nothing but garbage?

This is unreal. What a bunch of disgusting crybaby wimps we are becoming. There were times when just a dirty look from my boss would have been welcome.

Nice how this person lost their job, just because some clown is soooo important that they need to constantly be on their cell phone. People at the gym with their cell phones annoy me too. I shoot them dirty looks all the time, I dont care. I dont need to hear your loud phone conversation. And if your on the treadmill carrying on a conversation on the phone, apparently youre not working hard enough.

wingdo45- you and I are indeed from the old school. I still contend that us baby boomers have failed in our child rearing endeavors. Believe me, I am included in this! We gave our children entirely too much!

I just wish for one day people would try staying off Facebook and leave their phones put up. My wife and I deleted our Facebooks over a year ago and we're still alive lol. If you want to stay current with people it's called calling them or actually inviting them over once and awhile, heck you might even go out with them! Imagine that, leave your house and Facebook behind for a night. My generation feels like they should have all day contact with people from their past or ex-schoolmates and it's kinda crazy actually. Start a life and live it, stop caring what others are doing or saying throughout the day.

Ammys...- This nightmare is just starting. As my (possibly you as well) starts dying off, along with us go basic manners, tolerence, and the abiltiy to creatively work out simple/daily problems. We came in to a life without computers, political correctness and had to solve our own shortfalls with deductive reasoning, working skills and determination. When our generation finally dies out all that will be left is Chinese speaking 'yes' men and women. My grandfather always told me, sometimes motivation requires you to step on a toe or two to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as humanly possible. Facebook, whom I have zero respect for, is comprised of self-serving/self-important children that expect "exceptions/allowances" be made for them and their BS guidelines.

Just another corporation swirling around the drain; providing employee "perks" to reassure investors, while failing to realize what the perks are supposed to provide employees. The yoga instructor is much better off not needing to worry about changing her class to meet some corporate need that interferes with the actual teachings/benefits of the class. At least she has a skill-set that is useful now and in the future.
