The owner of a White Oak bar is offering a $3000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a man who is attacking patrons. The victims were both assaulted after leaving the Knotty Pine bar on Cheviot Road.

Police believe the two sexual attacks are related. One victim was attacked this past Saturday around 3 a.m. outside her home on Hickorylake Drive. She told police she felt she was being followed, but thought she was okay when the person turned onto another street. However, she said she was taken by surprise in the dark on the deck of her home. She said she didn't even see the alleged attacker and felt the barrel of a gun on her head. She was then reportedly forced to walk into a wooded area where the alleged assault occurred. She told police that the attacker used a lot of profanity.

The suspect is described as a white man in his mid-twenties wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a dark bandana over his face. The victim said that the car in which he took off had an altered exhaust.

Police say the rape is similar to an attempted rape in April. In that case, a woman fought off a man who broke into her home. That suspect also wore a bandana over his face.

Anyone with information about this incident or who heard or saw anything Saturday morning is asked to call Delhi Township police at 513-922-0060 or Crimestoppers at (513) 352-3040.
