Frank Latham is the definition of POS he comes from a POS family who are all criminals this is not his first run in with the law. This time they should throw the book at him. He doesn't deserve to be alive. All he is good for is making kids not providing for them toting guns beating on the mother of his children. Yes his mother is the one who will say my son didn't do this he is a good kid his friend did this my baby to good. She is a horrible mother who has done nothing but baby this criminal and right his wrongs. That's why he's 23 years old and has not learned anything from his previous run ins with the law. Excited this creep is behind bars and should stay there.

They are stupid. They will get at least 5 years for this, and maybe more. They would have killed someone eventually. Perhaps they already have.

I wonder what some of the comments would say if this story was "the officer had returned fire killing one of the suspects"?! Probably a back-lash from the public, poor little suspects.

I think the charges should soon change to attempted murder.
