Yes, we realize that it's not Halloween. But there are several school delays Tuesday morning due to snow and high winds.

Hillsboro Schools were closed on Tuesday. Fairfield Local Schools in Highland County are on a two-hour delay. This is in addition to Lynchburg-Clay Schools are on a 1-hour delay. Adams County/Ohio Valley Schools are on a 90-minute delay.

The Anderson Ferry is closed today due to high winds. Highland County Senior Citizen Center is closed on Tuesday.

Local 12 News videographer Randy Erwin even spotted a snow plow on Route 124 in Hillsboro. That's where cars and sidewalks are seeing some snow accumulation.
