A Tri-State man is found guilty of violently shaking his finacee's two-year old son in Springboro.

Jason Milby was found guilty Thursday of felonious assault and child endangering.

The boy suffered brain damage in July 2011.

He is in a permanent vegetative state.

Milby was sentenced to eight years in prison, which was the maximum.

A jury was unable to reach a verdict in Milby's first trial in June.

This is the reason we need to implement "Opertation Soylent Green." I have found that these criminals can serve a higher purpose. They can feed the homeless.....literally.

I'm still waiting to hear that the mother gets charged with something too but I'm not so sure it will happen. :(

Make sure all his friends in prison know why he is there. They will meet out justice prison style.

Take care of this tough guy, I would not want to be in his shoes! When he gets to his new home hope he is greeted with a shank, And some good foot stomping.He is a real tough guy.

How many innocent children will be injured/killed by these POS's before women wake up and stop leaving their defenseless babies with them? The so-called Mother is GUILTY Too! I'm with Ammys... Fiance my foot. These losers never have any intent to marry these women anyway. They just want a piece and most times for the women to support their lazy butts too! Grrr!
