A Tri-State man is accused of questionable activity at an area McDonald's.
Now he's due in court to answer to charges.
Investigators said 45 year-old Donald Weisner, Jr. aproached a child inside the restroom at the McDonalds on Glenway Ave. in Bridgetown.
He allegedly motioned for the child to be quiet and touched the boy's shoulder.
Police said Weisner claimed he was high on crack and didn't remember the encounter.
He's charged with attempt to commit an offense.
