Glad she and baby is ok but Foster Parents for the most part are horrible. If it was so great why arent we seeing story after story of how great these children turned out when going into the foster care system? Why cause they pass the buck. We couldnt help the child was out of control. NO you have a social worker who wants to play God and most Fp dont give a crap and while the pay isnt good perhaps they do get more than a parent gets and they use the child alot of times as slave labor while allowing there born children to do nothing. Ive known several people from foster care and all say the same.. Its the rule not the exception. That being said how come no comment section on how duke is screwing over the solar panel guy? Couldnt be cause we all know Duke will screw u over and over and the state allows it. If i were u guy buy more panels and dump duke all together if you can.. Once people see someone who can do it without duke others will follow. Duke is too big and powerful..

Hey cjcIncy, I appreciate you wanting to help but you are the minority. I grew up in foster homes and they all did it for the money. I now have custody of 4 g kids and I wish they wud give me 24 a day for just 1. I get a total of 262 a mo for them all and 0 child support. You try to make ends meet on that, then complain about 24 a day

The "father" should be paying. Find him! If he doesnt have a job,put him at hard labor on a state work farm to help pay for his child. If he is over 18 ,put him in jail.

Thanks for your post CJCincy. I was once a foster parent myself. I can promise you I didn't do it for the money. Thanks for setting the record straight.

lommiegn: Where do you get your information? My husband and I are finishing up all of our paperwork to be certified to be foster parents. We are not doing it for the money. And besides, they don't give you that much money for it (typically $24/day), which is maybe enough to cover expenses. Get your facts straight.

Such a scary place to be found in. Glad she was found alive and so was the wee baby. Let's hope she gets help and support and stays put. Foster care can be so tough for kids who have never had love and consistency.

Most people run away from foster care for a reason people, lets be real they get those kids for the money. The real grown ups need to stop and listen and stop try'n to judge her. We all make mistake.

She probably left with a POS boyfriend or baby daddy. I'd bet my paycheck on that. She's running FROM help, not toward it.

How about everyone STOP dwelling on the fact she is a child with a child... Fact of the matter is she is a CHILD AND MISSING WITH HER CHILD...... So lets pull together the way a community should and help find them.... My question is they have not been seen for 6 days why the hell are we just now finding this out??? As a parent my prayers go out for this family and safe return of these children... Foster family or not...
