Cincinnati Police say an 18 year old shot after an argument at a Walnut Hills bus stop on Wednesday morning has died.  Jack Cody died at University Hospital, where he was taken after the shooting.

Cody was shot in the 900 block of East McMillan around 11:30 a.m.   911 dispatchers got calls from witnesses who say Cody and another man were arguing at the bus stop near the CVS and Kroger stores in that block. That's when Cody was shot.

Detectives have not said whether they have any suspects in Cody's death. Witnesses have told police they saw the shooter run from the scene..

God rest his soul. This is not a way to die for any reasons. If you got a beef just settle it, no need for this big dramatic end that damages all people everywhere. Learn to settle things like men not with a gun as an appendage. I lived in this area and spent lots of time in this same location. I love Walnut Hills and live there during the riots and worked in this same area doing construction. Not really that different from alot of places that think they are above it. I can tell you whom ever you may be it is part of us all and we should help to change this and we can. Never give up efforts or hope or doubt what God tells us.

And this guy died over what? A bag of Cheetos? A dime bag of pot? "Dissin" his status? Senseless violence. I'd like to see the priors on these two, the perp and the vic.
