@rosey red and tcates: After further review you are probably both correct. That particular location is notorious for northbound drivers entering off Central Parkway and cutting over to get to I-75. It was probably somebody in a car who was lost or just thumbing his/her nose at the lane restrictions.

I would bet he wasn't on his cell phone. Why does everyone always assume that? He is a professional driver, not a four wheeler or teen. I would say he was calling his company and/or loved ones.

The truth be known, he was probably cut off by some crazy driver in a car.

"However, the driver was out of the cab and up and talking on his cell phone." Makes you wonder if he wason his phone when the accident occurred. Glad the driver is OK.

This story is worded to make you think the trucker did something wrong. Maybe he was calling his company or his wife to say he was ok. Its worded to make sure you know he has a cell phone. The are having to clean up the spill? Rather then they are cleaning up a spill.
