Saw this last night. I doubt she was going for a pop, but over to the Bellevue Vets where a lot of the Joe's employees go after work to drink. I am surprised more people have not been hit here more often. Cars never go the posted 25 speed limit and trying to cross in cross walk in the area is taking a gamble on your life. This high traffic and high pedestrian area is something Bellevue seems to ignore.
