Cincinnati Police said a man exposed himself to a woman near the intersection of Taylor and Paxton just before four a.m. Wednesday morning.

By the time officers arrived, the man disappeared into a wooded area nearby.

The woman tells police the flasher appeared to be an African-American man.

Police have not released any other description information.

You may remember police have charged Darnell Dukes with several instances of flashing women in the Hyde Park area.

Dukes turned himself in earlier this month.

Anyone with information in this latest incident is asked to call Crimestoppers at (513) 352-3040.

You could earn a cash reward.

"The woman tells police the flasher appeared to be an African-American man." Too bad the picture doesn't match the story.
