A Tri-State father will face a judge Friday after police said he overdosed on heroin in front of his children.

Court documents said Nicholas Moll used a syringe to inject the drugs when he passed out and broke a glass table at 4100 School Section Rd. in Cheviot.

He turned purple and his 6-year-old and 8-year-old ran to a neighbors house for help.

Moll is charged with endangering children.

Jason... Yes, I want him to face drug charges as well! I didn't say to drop the endangering charges. I think he should be charged with everything possible, no matter what the punishment is. Let it all add up on him. No reason not to have numerous charges on him.

Saint of Zion - The drug charge would have been a F-5, the new law says probation, the drug para is a misdemeanor, Endangering means he could lose custody of his kids. Still want drug abuse and drug para?

Heroin certainly ruins people. It becomes their only interest, and they will forsake their children, their parents, and everyone else over it. While they may be the nicest people once they are off of it, they are the ones who chose to do it in the first place, so they are responsible for everything bad they did while on it.
