gunney LOLLL Cheech and Chong way to funny!!! I wish I could have a pot plant not for the normal reason, but it is a beautiful plant with awesome looking leaves. It would make a good addition to they yard. Ok, for those who don't believe you can just admire the plant without the side benefits, let the hecking begin!! LOLL

12 has to blur any hi-res, sharp pictures the receive so they will match the rest of their pics. My cell phone took better pics. Not my iphone, my *old* cell phone.

could it be the elderly couple grew it on purpose to use for their healthcare or retirement fund. They're just smart enough to get away with it due to their "elderly" status. Maybe everyone was duped... just sayin'.

hikingdude, they thought it was a bush,I was thinking maybe they just kept it trimmed along with other bushes and shrubs they might've had in their yard.Wish I would've been there went they broke the news to the couple. :)

you can tell they had a "green thumb", the plant is beautiful :-) CNN had a really good picture on there. Im still a little baffled that they didn't know what it was. just think how much they could add to their retirement fund had the police not found it first!
