The Hamilton County Grand Jury today indicted an Elmwood Place man in the murder of his neighbor last month. 38 year old Jason Hatter, who found the body of 44 year old Annette Bellamy Wallace, is now accused in her death.
Wallace was found on the porch of an apartment building on Elmwood Avenue, near Linden Street, at around 7 a.m. on June 17th. Her cause of death has not yet been released but police say her death is suspicious and officials say her body was badly bruised.
Bellamy's family says she was the mother of two adult daughters and grandparent of three children who liked to call her Mimi.
